I bought this boat in 2008 from a insurance company the previous owner damaged keel and rudder I had it professionally repaired and sailed throughout the Bahamas I lived aboard for years and eventually bought a house on the water and have neglected the boat I ran the boat aground a couple years ago and the Towboat pulling too hard broke a foot off the rudder and a small crack 2 inchs in back of keel causing a slow slow leak. The other issue to address is there was rainwater migrating in to port side of main cabin headliner I pulled the damaged area down and found it is just to screw holes that needed resealing. A handy person could replace the headliner and repair keel and rudder for under $500 or probably pay $3-$5000 for a pro. The sails are both on furlers the windless and lights and pumps and heads all work. I have the st6000 auto pilot that I took off the boat that I will include as well as a garmin gps there is a boat yard 3 miles away.
