' Crealock 37

Bella Sera is a classic Crealock 37, please call or email for more pics, system won't allow more uploads. She is designed by Bill Crealock. Hull #15 of the first 16 built by Cruising Consultants, before Alajuela Yachts built three, and finally Pacific Seacraft got the molds, and the rest is history. The only production boat still being manufactered from that era, and is featured in the Naval Architects Hall of Fame. She is a cutter rigged yawl, with a tiller!

She's in good shape. Mast newly, professionally painted in 2020 by me. New wiring in the mast. all new LEDs on the mast, including a tri-color with a strobe on top, and very bright Hella brand red/white spreader lights. New masthead Hella brand light. The wiring has not yet been run through deck. There are a number of upgrades I'm in the middle of doing, and I have all the gear to do it with. Including: A full suite of B&G electronics, including Radar, Wind speed and direction, water temp/depth/speed, AIS/VHF transponder (send and receive) a 9" Zeus 3,A hailing/foghorn speaker, wireless remote for the VHF, and two Triton 2 monitors. A brand new Maxwell electric windlass, with capstan and gypsy, and a 42lb Rocna. Monitor windvane, Two brand new Lewmar Ocean 60 hatches, an Elite 6 person life raft (one of the best, needs a refit) a brand new cruising mainsail, not even bent on yet. New Andersen Full Stainless Steel self tailing winches (not installed yet) Though one is installed on the mast. A new Blue Sea 13 breaker panel (all new electronics are not yet installed. Genoa on pro-furl roller furler in good shape, sail is kinda beat. She has a #1 working Staysail and a storm staysail, both in good shape, and the mizzen too, is in good shape. As mentioned the mainsail is brand spankin new! Interior is in good shape. Everything works on the boat, except the lights on the mast that aren't wired yet. Shore power, battery charger, frigoboat refrigerator, electric and manual bilge pumps. Brand new Air Head composting head, Propane monitoring system, and Princess propane range/oven, that works great. New galley counter with under-mount sink, and new Nav station desk, both made from Bamboo. She does need some TLC, the decks are very crazed, but nothing structural, and I'm happy to fill anyone in on those things that are needed... it isn't much. Price is firm! The boat is beautiful!!
