25' Catalina 25 Swing Keel Pop Top Balanced Rudder

The Catalina 25 was one of the most successful and longest running production boats ever built,
and continues to have a strong following and interest. The standard rig with swing keel configuration is the most popular.
This sailboat benefits from a large user base, active owners forum, and easy availability of spare parts.

It's also handy to get in boat slips a deep keel cant.
Comes with a trailer, so i can be stored out of the water.

There is a forward "V" berth and a double berth under the cockpit,
The head is located just aft of the bow cabin and includes a sink. The head is a Portable toilet design.
Draft (max.) 5.0' (min.) 2.66'; ballast 1,500lbs; displacement 4,150 lbs Cabin headroom is 5.5ft and 6.4ft with the pop-top raised

The Depth Finder is not working properly...Needs replaced.

Has a new Standard Horizon DST155 Depth Transducer C32
Bathroom Sink needs holding take or plumed to the through hole.
No cook stove, however it would be easy to use the metal stove space
for a camping stove.

Engine:
Yamaha 9.9hp High Trust (2004) Electric Start, 5 gal tank. Runs good.
Hull:

2X New Barrier Coat Bottom Paint Applied (Sea Hawk Tuff Stuff)
Followed by 5x coats of (Top Secret Silicone Epoxy) (2019)

Topsides and Cockpit:
2x Epoxy Primer 2x Interlux Perfection (2019)

Exterior Trim:
Rust-Oleum enamel

Interior paint:
Valspar duramax acrylic latex

Standing Rigging/Lines
Lines are 2 yrs old. Standing rigging-not sure- seems good.

All hatches and ports have been resealed with new gaskets (2019)
