27' Tartan 27-2

This 1979 Tartan 27-2 is a true pocket cruiser, designed by Sparkman and Stephens, she is sturdy, clean and capable, this boat can get you where you want to go, and on a budget. One of the roomiest options under 30ft that youll find. Equipped with Solar and Wind generator. This vessel has been maintained very well and is super clean. Shallow draft of only 3ft 3in with centerboard up, she's great for gunk holing, and sandbar days.

Located in the St. Pete Municipal Marina. Can be used as a liveaboard and you can live in downtown St. Pete super cheap!! TV with Amazon fire stick. Has a brand new working solar and wind power system. Has an amazing diesel motor that runs well. The actual slip it's in doesn't transfer (the have a policy that doesn't allow that because of the 3 year wait list on larger slips-YOU CAN get a new slip in the same marina as they have them available for this size).
