44' Catalina 445

McRags is a 2010 Catalina 445 hull number 29. She is a one owner boat and has always been a Great Lakes freshwater boat, always stored Inside and heated. The water tanks have never been winterized due to being in heated storage therefore the tanks are always fresh and have never had any winterizing chemicals added. She is being sold with all the gear you would need to go comfortably cruising.

445 Features:
