37' Island Packet 350

After 17 years of ownership we are reluctantly selling our lovely IP350. She has been sailed for 4 to 5 months per year then laid up in a heated shed on the Island of Fehmarn in Germany. She is fully EU VAT paid and documented including the CE documentation. She is in extremely good condition for a year 2000 boat and benefits from a new engine and propellor in 2022.
