30' C&C 30

This is a customized and lovingly cared for C&C 30 sailboat for sale. It has been owned by the same family since the 1980s, and owned by me since 2019. She has had lots of recent work done. Im selling it due to taking a job on the west coast that is unfortunately 4 hours from the ocean.

Recent work:
2021 - Raymarine Wind/water speed/depth sensors and displays replaced.
2020 - top sides repainted with 3 coats of primer and eipfanes polyurethane paint. 2020 - Bottom sides repainted with interlux barrier coat (5 layers) and VC-17. 2020 - Keel bolts re-torqued using calibrated torque wrench
2020 - Jib and mainsail serviced at North Sails. Plenty of life left in them.
