33' Dean Catamarans Cape Town Dean 33 Ocean Comber

The Dean33 is the most spacious under 40 ft cats on the market. Build extremely well and tough. Very strong boat.
There is a sliding door and window connecting the galley / saloon to the cockpit with the helm station keeping everyone in the conversation and creating a large open space. Over the galley is an extra hatch for better ventilation during cooking and navigation. The starboard hull contains the owners suite. In the portside hull is a guest cabin.
She has been carefully and properly maintained.

She is well equipped with electronics, new and good condition sails, new lithium batteries, PLUS LOW engine hours. Many items are 2 years and newer.
The standing rigging all brand new and fitted in March 2021.
The running rigging is simple, all lines, sheets and halyards come deck to helm and all the work can be done on one of the winches. You can open and close the stack pack easy standing on the roof.
On anchor it is never necessary to run the engines. The solar panels will load the batteries with enough energy. There is a mounting pole fitted on the dingy davit to add a wind generator.
