The Catalina 350 was designed with many features usually found only on larger vessels. The spacious layout features large, comfortable cabins fore and aft. The owners stateroom features a centerline queen berth w/abundant storage and private entrance to the head, a large opening hatch, two opening ports, and a NEW 2020 Marinco solar vented fan. The aft cabin has a large double berth with an opening hatch and storage locker. Clarity has air conditioning and heat vents in all sections.
Head features are: NEW 2021 Raritan Marine Elegance toilet with electronic smart touch control panel. NEW 2021 hoses and fresh water flush. Large vanity with sink, mirrored medicine cabinet, enclosed stall shower with bi-fold door, overhead opening hatch, and an opening port. The roomy salon has interchangeable dining and cocktail tables. The starboard settee converts to twin seats w/smaller dinette& gaming table. Other salon features: 2 large overhead hatches, 3 opening ports, hanging locker, storage space under and behind seats, bookshelves, overhead and companionway handrails. NEW 2020 Marinco solar vented fan.
The U-shaped galley features are: Gimbaled two-burner LPG stove with oven, microwave, top and front loading refrigerator/freezer, Corian countertops, double stainless steel sink, storage drawers and lockers, sink and stove work surface covers, and hidden garbage can. Opposite the galley is a navigation table with storage, all AC and DC switches, Renogy solar controller, battery charger, VHF radio, AM/FM/MP3 radio, Sanyo TV, Accugage tank monitor, and automatic bilge alarm. The 13 beam creates a large comfortable cockpit and a stable boat underway. All running rigging leads back to the cockpit. 4 Harken self-tailing winches were all recently serviced. The cockpit table has fold out sides and storage space.

2000 watt inverter provide ample amounts of DC and AC electricity for charging batteries and running small appliances, lessening the need to run the Kubota generator.

The helm station contains all engine gauges, Raymarine navigation electronics, Ritche compass, single lever engine control, stainless steel wheel, and emergency tiller. The Raymarine suite includes radar, depth gauge, speed indicator, apparent wind indicator, chartplotter, and autopilot. Aft of the helm station are Kato dinghy davits, outboard motor lift and motor mount, hot and cold water shower, sugar scoop stern, removable stern seat, swing down swim ladder, and storage.

ENGINE: Universal inboard diesel, M35BC, 35 hp, 1460 engine hours, direct drive, PSS dripless seal, 2 blade fixed prop. NEW 2019: 50 amp alternator, NEW 2019 raw water pump, NEW 2019 damper plate. NEW 2021: Fresh and raw water hoses replaced, heat exchanger cleaned and reconditioned, antifreeze changed. NEW 2022: fuel pump, impeller, and exhaust hose. NEW 2023: Cutlass bearing. Engine serviced end of 2022.
BOW: Large divided anchor locker with dual anchor rollers, Maxwell 12 volt electric windlass with up and down foot switches, wash down hose. Primary 45 lb Mantus with 200all chain rode. Secondary 33 lb Bruce with chain and rope rode. The weather decks are wide and the shrouds are inboard for easy passage forward and for tighter sheeting angles.
