Beautiful Islander 28 sailboat with dinghy that I must sell because of slip rate increase/ Dana Point harbor renovation. I bought the boat a littler under 2 years ago and have used it lightly ever since. I have kept up with monthly cleanings, mechanical maintenance, and cosmetics.
