41.2' Morgan Out Island Ketch

Utopia is a 1982 "Owners edition" Out Island Ketch. We are the 2nd owners.
We have lived aboard, cruising the Florida Keys and sailing her as far as St James, USVI with lots of amazing ports along the way. She has a new (2021) furling Genoa and main and mizzen are in great shape, protected by sail packs & lazy jacks.
Standing rigging was tested by rigging company in 2020. Running rigging was replaced in 2018 and is in good shape.
Atlantic Towers sail arch was added in 2018 to carry the dinghy as high as possible for crossings-worked perfectly.
She has a foldup aft boarding ladder. A Magma kettle grill sits on the aft rail.
Because of our active life and abundant guests, we added two deck storage lockers for dive/snorkel gear and lines. Additional scuba tank rack on aft deck.

The primary ground tackle is a 55# Rocha with 300' 3/8 chain, secondary is a large Fortress with 50' 3/8 chain & 200' rode.
A hard top covers the cockpit with zip up clear curtains. The latest bottom job was in spring of 2022, we hauled in St Thomas to replace a thru hull before our sail home.
ABI Stainless Port lights have all had new rubber gaskets placed, we also removed and re-bedded each one. Hull & bottom painted in 2019. We have multiple videos of our cruising life on YouTube look up Sail to Utopia Adventures.

400 Ah Lithium battery house bank, Flexmax 80 charge controller, 3- 327 watt monocrystaline solar panels. 2018
Forward head has a (2018) twist 'n flush head with 25 gallon holding tank, shower, sump.
Aft head has AirHead (2018)composting toilet, hand held shower.
Galley has 3 burner propane stove/oven-replaced 2022. Two refrigerators one is AdlerBarbour with ice maker, secondary is NorCold ice box conversion plate. Runs of solar & shore power. Two Horizontal propane tanks are in protected in a deck box.
Water is life! We have a well used and maintained CruiseRO reverse osmosis 30 gal/hour water maker that easily runs with our 3,500/7,000W inverter. Morgans are built with "saddle" water tanks. The port 75 gallon tank was sanitized prior to dedicating it to our water maker drinking water. The starboard 100-ish gallon tank was altered by PO and a bladder was placed. Due to my inability to sanitize the bladder I diverted this tank to be used as deck showers/wash down use only, with a shower hose that reaches forward and aft.
Fuel tanks (100 gal center keel, 40 gallons starboard side) are connected with a Racor fuel polishing system.
All of the cabins have 12v LED lighting & 12v Caframo fans throughout the cabins.
Dinghy NOT included in price, but there's an "Option" to buy dinghy: 11' True Kit catamaran style 2022 with ePropulsion 3ph electric motor.
