Interior needs work. Most of the woodwork is in good condition but in need of paint. All the trim removed is onboard and labeled. There is a rotten spot on the floor at the passage to the back stateroom. Other than that floors are 1 1/4 thick and solid. Needs cushions, bimini and main cover, stove. Needs plumbing.
