Hunter 44 DS * 2007 - Low Hours and Ready to Cruise !!!

- 5 ft shoal draft lead keel **.

- In-mast furling with a new mainsail (2025). Genoa still in very good condition.

- Low hours, fully equipped and in very good condition.

- New inside white leather cushions will be ready in September.

- The previous owner (2008-2012) rarely used his boat. He kept her on the Michigan Lake (fresh water).

- We kept in a log book the hours and compiled them on Excell. She was never chartered and used on an average of 4 months/year.

Dinghy (2020 - Hypalon 11.3) with a 15hp 2 strokes Yamaha motor (2014) that runs like a new are included.

- Excellent condition Yanmar 50 hp diesel motor with less than 2 000 hours.

- Large cockpit custom made folding teck table with cup holders and storage.

- Most fittings and faucets were replaced with high quality ones.

- Most lightings (inside and navigation) were replaced with LED.

- New shelves in the main cabin with a 12V electric outlet to connect an extra electric portable freezer/cooler and to store those things that we need within easy reach (towels, sheets, blankets, etc. etc.). New shelves in the galley (removed the ice-maker).

* Deck Salon design provides a bright and airy interior with large windows and a spacious main salon. All hatches have roller blinds and screens. All ports have pleated pull down blinds.

** The lead keel, which is known for its high density and low center of gravity, is contributing to the boat's great stability

- Very efficient Aqua Maax water maker (23 gal/hour) with a new high pressure tube and membrane (2024) that provides very low PPM water that is excellent to drink

- 3 new solar panels 150 watts each (2025)
- 3 new AGM 200 AMP batteries (2025) with a 40 AMP Bluetooth controller
- New Lewmar electric windlass (2024) with a water hose beside.
- 2 electric heads and very large holding tank in the floor.

Fisher Panda 8 kw generator is still installed under the captain seat but needs repairs that may be only electronic.

For the 2 last seasons, we used a portable worry free generator (4 kw) and we had ample power. No maintenance required except for an easy oil change every 50 hours.
