| 39' Ericson 39 |
| The Ericson 39 is a great Bruce King-designed racer/cruiser. A real sailor's boat, with a 9000 pound lead keel and ample sail area she will easily sail to wind in rough conditions and can also sail in wind as light as 5kts. Interior details and finish are superior to many other sailboats - beautiful mahogany throughout, no cheap veneers. This particular vessel boasts much updated equipment including rebuilt Perkins diesel. She has been continuously updated by her current and previous owner and represents a real value at present and warrants your serious attention if considering a practical live aboard or comfortable cruiser. This flush deck model affords tremendous headroom and a wide-open interior.
The highly varnished mahogany interior is well laid out with the master stateroom forward. The master stateroom features a spacious double V berth. Aft of the stateroom is the head to port and hanging lockers to starboard. The salon has settees port and starboard. The dinette to port is convertible, allowing for a double berth. With the quarter berth this give the boat a capacity for sleeping 7 people. The galley is aft to port with the navigator's station to starboard.

| 24' Pearson Converted J/24 - Now IC/24 |
| This is the perfect boat for pleasure sailing in the harbor and offshore with family and friends! This sailboat provides enjoyment for beginners and seasoned sailors alike.
She was a 1981 J/24 prior to the removal of the old cockpit and the insertion of the new more spacious J/80 style cockpit. The vessel is now actually called an IC/24. This type of conversion has been a big hit in the Virgin Islands and Texas. In addition to the new cockpit the vessel has new Non-Skid paint, deck and hull paint job as well as fresh BilgeKoat on the interior. The mast was completely stripped primed and re-painted and outfitted with new standing rigging. She is complimented with a new traveler in addition to new shrouds and stays. The sails are new, never-used Sobstad mainsail and jib. The original hardware including every piece that was removed from the vessel including bow rail, stern rail, stanchions, lifelines, blocks, cleats, winches, cars and tracks come with the package. This boat is a gem! Details >> |

The Ericson Mark II is a 35 foot high aspect sloop with a 4ft 11in draft. 30 hp Atomic 4 (gas) - last 12 months I burned less than 25 gallons. She is fast and responsive. I encourage everyone considering this boat to realize that Ericson built STRONG hulls. White hull and topside with dark green trim and green canvas. Furling jib easily wound from the cockpit. I rarely use a winch handle on either main or jib. Easy boat to single hand. Look at other similar 1975-1977 to get a sense of the cockpit space and interior space. | Extrememly fast racing sailboat with true planing performance. Fiberglass hull in excellent condition with all equipment, mast, boom, and good sail. Fiberglass hull recently refinished on outside with racing bottom paint to allow boat to be on a wet mooring 24/7.
This boat was the racing trainer for the Duluth Superior Sailing Association for many years. I recently purchased it at a small auction at a price I could not pass on. I'm a canoeist and have no use for an Olympic-class racing sailboat. I'm pretty sure I'd decapitate myself in a gybe.
I'll accept bids starting at $500 until June 1. Winner to be notified then.
Email request for pictures.

| 18.5' Precision 185 |
I bought this Precision 185 new in May 2005 from Hooper's Yachts in Afton, Minnesota and have sailed it around 25 times on Lake Macbride in Iowa. It's in excellent like-new condition. I'm not going to be able to sail it this year and probably won't be able to in 2009 either due to work travel outside of the US. I hadn't planned on selling it but paying to store it and having it sit for two years is not what is was built for so I'm giving some one else the opportunity to enjoy this wonderful boat.
The Precision 185 is an 18.5' open daysailor design. It comes with a trailer, main and jib sails, self-furling jib, kick-up rudder and centerboard, motor mount, transom mount mast carrier, hiking stick, and an ice chest.
It's a fast and stable boat with a large sail plan, wide hull design, and low weight. I mostly sailed it singlehanded. I've never used a motor on it. More technical specifications about the boat can be found at Precision Boat Work's web page and the Sailing World review of the boat at the URLs listed below .

| 17' O’Day Daysailer II |
| This ready-to-sail, classic 17’ fractional sloop has been overhauled and refurbished and is well built, a snap to sail, launch, retrieve and transport. It is fast, forgiving and a great all-around small daysailer that can accommodate a crew of 1-4 adults for an entire day of sailing, thanks to a small cuddy cabin for storage of gear. It comes with a 2006 Tohatsu 6 HP motor, in excellent condition, to get in and out of difficult launch areas. The main sail and jib are newer and are in excellent condition. The trailer for this boat has been extensively refurbished, with a new axle, wheels, wiring and lights, and is in like-new condition. Why would I sell such a great boat? Well, it’s the age-old story of a man with two boats and a wife who says, “that’s one too many boats parked in my yard – get rid of the smaller one!” Details >> |
